While our customers are quite literally national enterprises, we pride ourselves on being able to focus on participating in the growth of local, underserved neighborhoods and communities where there is a need. Our local involvment ranges from mentoring youth to providing jobs or career counsel to students and participating in fundraising that gives back to those in need.

As company leader, Todd Rogers is at the helm of LTR’s community efforts, providing leadership by example. Todd participates in charitable causes and lends the firm’s name and provides financial commitment to events that promote leadership and education among disadvantaged youth. In this way, the firm helps build and support community growth.
