One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) HUBZone 

The OASIS+ HUBZone contract is a governmentwide, multiple-award IDIQ designed to support federal agencies with complex, integrated professional services. OASIS+ enables agencies to procure services quickly through task orders, including direct awards and competitive actions, while meeting HUBZone small business goals and current Administration procurement priorities. LIT-JV provides government agencies with a low-risk, vehicle-based pathway to acquire services without delay, while maintaining flexibility as acquisition strategies evolve.

  • Above $4.5 million – Competitive task order under OASIS+ HUBZone

  • Period of Performance: Base plus option periods as defined by the ordering agency

Sole Source Guidance (When Permitted)

Agencies may use HUBZone sole source task orders under OASIS+ when:
  • The requirement meets HUBZone sole source thresholds
  • Price is determined fair and reasonable
  • The acquisition strategy aligns with FAR and agency guidance
