GSA STARS III​

Paradigm Investment Capital, L.L.C. DBA Logical Technology and Research has been awarded the GSA STARSIII GWAC as a prime contractor.  Directed task orders are allowed for Federal Civilian and Department of Defense activities, and we were awarded IT Services & IT Services-based Solutions and Sub-Area 1: Emerging Technology-Focused IT Services.

STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies.

STARS III is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) GWAC set aside exclusively for SBA certified IT firms.STARS III provides Federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial, as defined in the Clinger-Cohen Act and FAR 2.101.  GSA STARS III is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicle with a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one three-year option.

There are no functional areas on STARS III so they should not be referenced, 8(a) STARS III was awarded under NAICS: 54152, Computer Systems Design Services. Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the STARS III GWAC. These NAICS codes include, but are not limited to: 541511, 541513, 541519, 518210.

  • Task Order Performance can go 5 years beyond Contract ordering end date.
  • The ceiling for GSA  STARS III is $50 billion.
